The Village Inside a Village
On the former Steinhauser-meadows, south-facing and wonderfully located in the middle of the alpine village Wald am Arlberg, our 35 chalets of different sizes (80 to 115 m2) and 18 condos (43 to 80 m2 over two floors) have been built. There are two main houses, which provide the infrastructure a small village needs: an exquisite restaurant, spacious ski storage facilities and a wellness area with saunas, a steam room and a swimming pool.
Some of the chalets have an in-house sauna. Furthermore, there is a 10,000 square meter underground garage with space for 70 vehicles – because the whole Arlberg Chalet area is car-free.
Our room service staff works like invisible fairies keeping your holiday homes clean, taking care of dry cleaning, fresh bed linens, towels, wood for the fireplace and snow clearing.
Almost all works were awarded to local craftsmen who know best how to use alpine materials, wood and natural stone in order to create homey chalets that might become your favorite cozy place. The creative architecture combines all the ingredients for a memorable holiday: Safety and comfort, freedom and generosity.
By the way, the chalets were named after our local mountains. The appartements are named after alpine flowers, which you can enjoy on your hiking tours.
The Arlberg Chalets were completed in March 2017.
