Terms and Conditions

If there are multiple reservation requests for the same period, we give preference to those who come first. This applies to chalet, appartement and table reservations in the restaurant.

Check-in: from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 5:00 pm, we kindly ask you to give us due notice.
Check-out time on departure day: no later than 10:00 am. If you want to leave before 7:00 am, we ask for a timely notice.

One underground parking space per appartement and chalet (free of charge).

WLAN is free for our guests. The access code for the Internet can be found in the guest information folder which is available in your booked apartment / chalet.

Pets are only allowed in chalet Saladinaspitze and the appartement Arnica. For pets, we charge € 12 per day (without food). Please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant and spa facilities.

Cancellation Policy
The Austrian Hotel Contract Regulations apply. Cancellations are only valid in writing.

Up to 3 months before arrival costs free.
Up to 2 months before arrival we charge 40% of the arranged price.
From 1 month before arrival we charge 70% of the arranged price.
In the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the arranged price.
The cancellation declaration must be received by us in writing up to the dates indicated above and must have been confirmed by us in writing – otherwise, the cancellation will not be effective. Please note that the cancellation costs can be set off against an already paid deposit.

Payment Options
The hotel bill can be paid by bank transfer, in cash (Euros), with the Maestro/EC card or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
